AWS Developer (DVA-C02) trap evaluation

Getting the service right is not enough
A recurring failure pattern in DVA-C02 is getting the service right and the configuration wrong: the correct service attached to the wrong event source, the right key policy applied at the wrong scope. The failure is at the integration and configuration level, not the service selection level. A second consistent trap is operational complexity underestimation: choosing a Lambda layer or Step Functions orchestration when a managed service integration or a single SDK call handles the requirement. DVA-C02 tests whether you can distinguish the right configuration from the near-right one, which means knowing the boundaries of each service at the integration level, not just recognizing service names.
