1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CloudReflex at cloudreflex.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information.

2. What CloudReflex Is

CloudReflex is an online training platform for cloud certification exam preparation. The Service provides pattern recognition training, trap analysis, micro-scenario training, weakness profiling, and readiness scoring for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud certification exams.

CloudReflex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, or any certification body.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not create duplicate, misleading, or shared accounts to bypass product limits, entitlements, enforcement actions, or other restrictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Shared accounts are not permitted.
You may sign in using email and password or through Google sign-in. Both methods are subject to these Terms.
Notify us promptly at support@cloudreflex.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Free Access and Paid Plans

Free access

You may try 10 pattern-based questions through the mini-trainer without creating an account or providing payment information.

Exam purchase

Price: $12.99 per exam, one-time purchase.
Includes: Lifetime access to the certification exam training you purchase, including all question banks, trap analysis, pattern training, weakness profiling, and training history. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as CloudReflex continues to operate and make that exam training available, subject to these Terms. It does not guarantee that the Service, any specific exam offering, or any specific feature will be available indefinitely.
Billing: Purchases are processed as a one-time payment through Stripe. There is no recurring charge.
Refunds: Except where required by law or approved by us in our discretion, purchases are non-refundable. We encourage you to try the free 10-question mini-trainer before purchasing to evaluate whether CloudReflex is right for you.
Multiple exams: You may purchase additional exams at any time. Each exam is purchased independently.
Account-specific access: Exam purchases are tied to the purchasing account and are non-transferable.

Pricing changes

We may change pricing in the future. Any price change applies only to new purchases. Existing purchases are not affected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, scrape, download, redistribute, or republish question content, scenarios, training materials, or any other proprietary content from the Service.
Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
Use the Service to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, entitlement gates, paywalls, or security measures.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All questions, scenarios, micro-scenarios, trap classifications, pattern taxonomies, decision rules, opening copy, training methodologies, and related content on the Service are the proprietary intellectual property of CloudReflex. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this content through the Service for your own exam preparation purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content.

7. No Guarantee of Exam Results

CloudReflex is a training tool designed to improve your exam preparation. We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Readiness scores, accuracy metrics, weakness profiles, and other performance indicators are internal training measurements and should not be interpreted as predictions of exam outcomes. Exam content, format, and scoring are controlled entirely by the respective certification bodies.

8. Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without obligation to you. Do not submit feedback that you consider confidential.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may add, change, retire, or remove exams, features, or content over time. Where reasonably practical, we will try to provide notice of material changes that affect purchased access.

10. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. We will delete or de-identify the account data we control in the application, including your profile, training history, and related records, subject to any data we need to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or operational purposes, and subject to third-party provider retention under their own policies.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to account sharing, content scraping, fraud, or abuse. We are not obligated to provide a refund in the event of termination for cause.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudReflex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CloudReflex in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid anything, our liability is limited to $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudReflex from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CloudReflex regarding the Service.
